Healing is not a moment.
It is not a switch that flips or a finish line you cross.

Healing is a journey—a quiet, courageous path that leads you back to yourself.

Sometimes that journey feels light and expansive. Other times, it feels like walking through shadows you never expected to face. But even in the darkness, healing is still at work. Every step forward, no matter how small, carries wisdom. Every wound you tend with honesty becomes a place where growth begins.

Dancing Through the Darkness

There is no healing without facing what hurt you.
